Gave a this rating as i didn't like how the person on the other end of the phone was with me....no compassion i felt when inquiring about something.

Le pire endroit les employés ne sont pas respectueux, manque d'information...ils m'ont pressé pour aller chercher le corps de mon père à l'hôpital, me disant que j'avais 48 heures pour le faire.....et c'est faux.Ils ne m'ont jamais informé des prix relié au transport de son corps, comme réponse ils me disent que tout à un prix...oui je veux bien mais j'aurais aimé qu'on m'informe avant...en tout cas viveT.Sansregret

Brenan's handled my Mom's arrangements when she was terminal. I don't know the specifics of how they communicated, but she laid out her wishes so my stepdad and I wouldn't have to worry once she passed. She told the gentleman she was working with that she specifically did not want an event or even an obituary. After she passed, we went in to the Paradise Row location to finalize the details of her cremation and he told us those were her wishes. I said something like, come on

The place was reluctant to provide all available options. We were left in the casket room to make a decision inspite of many unanswered questions.The experience felt like a rip off, taking advantage of people are the worst time.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our family’s experience with Ethical Death Care was exceptional. All the members of the team that we dealt with were very professional, compassionate and helpful - Amy, Bill, Sandy, and Dillon. We were very grateful to Dillon for all of the assistance he provided with regards to explaining and completing all the documents and paperwork for the government. He was very diligent and carefully answered all of our questions. We also appreciated Dillon’s advice regarding the Free Press obituary and the beautiful photo tribute page that was created. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and we would highly recommend Ethical Death Care.

We bought 21 long red roses yesterday and Vivian was amazing. Wrapped in great look and flowers looked and still looking sooooo fresh.We’ll come back for sure

My family and I use spears services and were provided misleading information and told if we provided funding upfront that we would be reimbursed for the amount once they received a check from a bank and any additional funding. However they have refused to refund the money and interfered with the additional funds that would be available to cover the costs.

My family and I want to thank Jan Porten and Eirene Cremations for their caring and thoughtful services during this difficult time. Jan made everything very easy for us while showing great compassion. She was very organized and empathetic. We wanted to have a simple and intimate service, but also one to celebrate our mom - Jan helped us with every step. Thank you Jan for your excellence and kindness.

My mother passed away in February of this year. Since all of her family and friends had passed away and she had suffered Alzheimer's over the past 17 years I wasn't sure how she would want her final wishes fulfilled. Fortunately she had a pre-arranged funeral set up at Windsor chapel. The help I had received from Victoria and Elizabeth at Windsor chapel funeral home fulfilled my mother's final wishes with grace and sensitivity. The care given my mother and the support given to me was totally appreciated. The condolences, follow-up and aftercare support provided helped me through this time of grief and sorrow. I would like to thank the Windsor chapel funeral home team for all of their support and assistance. Thank you.
